Week 10 Report Card

Updated: Dec 24, 2023

Bills slip out of playoff contention... Are they actually a good team. We have no idea!

The Buffalo Bills have slipped out of playoff contention. While the AFC North boasts four teams in the top seven spots in the current playoff standings. With a 5-4 record for the season, the Bills find themselves in ninth place in the AFC.

It's unlikely that all four AFC North teams will make it to the postseason, as they face tough competition within their division. Nevertheless, at this point in the season, all four teams are in contention.

After the Bills loss to the Bengals, they now return home to face the Denver Broncos on Monday Night Football. Following that, they have matchups against the New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, and Kansas City Chiefs. With a 5-4 record in the highly competitive AFC, the Bills find themselves closer to being on the fringe of playoff contention.

Week 10 Report Card:

Offense: C+

Great opening drive and then immediately shied away from what worked. Run game was non-existent. Continuing to wonder why Josh Allen is not rushing the ball. Dalton Kincaid is a star.

Defense B-

For a unit ravaged by injuries, holding the Bengals to 24 points is not bad at all. Especially only allowing 3 points in the 2nd half. Pass rush was quiet and the lack of turnovers the last few weeks is hurting.

Special Teams: B+

Sam Martin came back down to earth. Tyler Bass back to his old self.
